The Alliance for Justice at G4S is bringing together G4S workers and their unions from across the globe to win a better future for security workers. The Alliance for Justice at G4S was created by UNI Property Services. SEIU, the largest union for security workers in the U.S. is a part of the Alliance.

With nearly a half a million employees in more than a hundred countries, G4S is the world’s largest security provider. With its reach and power, it is in a position of great responsibility and trust. Industry leaders have to behave like leaders. They have to raise standards instead of lower them. We believe G4S ought to provide security workers with living wages, social protections and the freedom to join unions.
